Rules & Regulations
These Rules and Regulations are a part of all contracts for receiving electric service from Association, and applied to all service received from Association, whether the service is based upon contract, agreement, signed application, or otherwise. Membership Name Change
If you need to change the name associated with your membership, simply pick up a Memberships Name Change Form at any 4-County Office, or download and return the Memberships Name Change Form.

Revenue Protection & Recovery Policy
The Association will set costs of specific services and equipment and apply these costs as fees and charges as appropriate. Charges and fees shall be applied in a fair and equitable manner without regard to race, color, sex, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, handicap, genetic information or marital status. Service Deposit Policy

Electric Line Extension Policy
