Mobile Reporting and Notifications

The power to report outages is in the palm of your hand. We are pleased to offer the ability to report outages directly from your cellphone using our free mobile app or text messaging. With just a few clicks of your finger, your outage will be immediately reported to our dispatch center.

If you are not currently enrolled in our text messaging system and would like to participate, please text FCEPA
to 1-800-431-1544.

To report an outage via text, simply text OUT to 1-800-431-1544. If your phone number is attached to only one active location, your outage will be automatically reported. If your phone number is attached to multiple locations, you will get a reply asking to select which location is out. After the reply, your outage will be automatically reported. Once reported, you can text STATUS to receive an update on the outage. You will also receive a text message once your power has been restored.

Step 2 – Report an Outage

1. Open App & Login

2. Choose Account to Report

3. Choose Report an Outage from Top Left Menu

4. Enter Information and click Report an Outage
